Members of the Board and their brief background Muthayammal Educational Trust was founded by contributions made by the family members of Mr. R. Ramasamy, Mr. K. P. Ramaswamy and Mr. R. Kandasamy, who are closely related to each other basically all are contractors. Their vision was to impart quality education in the backward rural area from which they hailed. Mr. R. Ramasamy and 
Mr. R. Kandasamy are brothers and Mr. K. P. Ramaswamy is their maternal cousin. While Mr. K. Gunasekaran, M.E., is the son of Mr. R. Kandasamy, Mr. R. Jayaprakash, B.A, is Mr. R. Ramasamy’s son and Mrs. R. Sulochana is the wife of Mr. K. P. Ramaswamy.
In addition to the above the following members were inducted as trustees of the Trust. They are Mrs. K. Ammani wife of Mr. R. Kandasamy, Mr. R. Prem Kumar son of Mr. R. Ramasamy and Mr. R. Muthuvel son of Mr. K. P. Ramaswamy. The present strength of the members of Muthayammal Educational Trust is nine.

The main objective of the Trust is to build, construct, establish, run, maintain, manage and render financial help to any educational and / or scientific institution for imparting education in Arts, Science, Medical, Engineering, Vocational and Technical subjects.

The Trust has succeeded in fulfilling the vision of the Trustees to a greater extent. Members of Academic Advisory Body

The Members of the Faculty are very particular that each student should be taught Computer applications thoroughly and perfectly. Not only Teachers But also Students are involve themselves in all academic affairs and improvements with the Hundred Percent involve. The Management and the Principal advise the faculty that they should serve the cause of Education with a sense of dedication, devotion, determination and commitment.


:: Mechanism/Norms & Procedure for democratic/good Governance

The Students are expected to conduct themselves with dignity and decency, obeying the rules and regulations of the College. Students can bring to the knowledge of the H.O.D grievances, if any. The College as provided all Infrastructure facilities (Computer Systems, Library with Journals and Magazines, Internet connections etc.,), which provide the students ample opportunities to enrich and update the knowledge.

:: Student Feedback on Institutional Governance/faculty performance

Mid Semester and semester feed back are got from the students about the teacher’s performance and immediate follow up action is taken up to reform and groom their deficiencies.


:: Grievance redressal mechanism for faculty, staff and students

Staff Members can take their Grievances to the knowledge of the Principal through the H.O.D. Principal in turn would try to redress grievances with the help of the Management. Students can represents their grievances to the H.O.D. Genuine Grievances will be attended as quickly as possible. Teachers and Students are free to express their opinion and grievances without any fear.
